Each Professor will explain what he/she does, responding to the following points:

Nasal dorsum: Bone-cartilage hump, reduction / nasal frontal angle, increase and decrease/ spreader grafts / grafts, when and how to place them.
The depressed dorsum, increase.

Nasal tip: management of alar cartilage. Sutures.

Grafts in primary rhinoplasty (onlay and umbrella graft, of the alar contour, columellar strut), when, how and where.
Box tip. Prominent nasal tip / underprojection of the nasal tip, how to correct them. Rotation of the nasal tip. Management of the alar base. Alar wedges, objectives and design. The nasal-labial angle. The nasal spine.
